If you are in a car down situation (ie. a flat tire)
Please contact VW Roadside Assistance at 1-800-411-6688 and they will be able to bring your vehicle to
our dealership and drop it off. From there we will contact you to make the appropriate arrangements to
get you back on the road.

Please note that due to the current volume of enquiries, the availability of their agents may be limited
and their replies delayed. Depending on the nature of your enquiry, you can log in through My Account
online to get details about your contract.
If your Lease has expired/is expiring and you are not able to return your vehicle due to COVID-19
concerns . What options do you have?
VW Finance is contacting customers in these situations to advise you that you may keep your vehicle up
to April 30, 2020 at no extra charge. You will also be reminded to maintain valid insurance and that
excess kilometre charges (if applicable) will apply. They will not assess any over term charges on
matured leases after March 19, 2020.
Do you still need to have your vehicle inspected by VW Finance (AutoVIN) prior to Lease End?
No. AutoVIN inspections have been postponed for the time being. For more specific questions, please
contact VW Finance directly.
Is VW Finance providing payment deferrals to Lease and Finance customers?
Yes, depending on each customer’s own situation, they will provide up to 90-day deferrals. This can be
requested either by phone at 1-888-412-2834, or by e-mail
Unfortunately requests cannot be handled through My Account online account at this time.
